Cold Case Spotlight

33-year-old Rachel Galbreath was found in a pool of blood in her own apartment on May 9, 2014 in South Holland, Illinois. Coworkers went to check on her after she failed to show up for work and found her body. The medical examiner determined she had multiple injuries to her head and body. Despite hundreds of pieces of evidence and dozens of interviews with anyone that knew Ms. Galbreath, detectives have been unable to make an arrest. Up to this point the evidence has not pointed to anyone specifically. Doren was last seen alive on January 19, 1994, between 0530 and 0600 hours when she left her apartment, located at 1521 Americana Boulevard, Orlando, on foot.. Witnesses reported an unidentified man arguing with and then chasing victim Linda Tran into her house. Moments later the house went up in flames, killing Linda Tran, her 9-year-old daughter Patricia, 1-year-old son Austin and Linda’s unborn child.
