UPDATE: Cecil Ford was arrested on December 8, 2016, for his connection in the murder of Lance Morene. On February 23, 2017, Qortez Goshay was also arrested. 

According to the arrest report, Ford and Goshay went to the apartment on the pretense of selling some rims but had planned the robbery, and that Ford fired first before Goshay started shooting. Morene was hit multiple times.
