Cold Case Spotlight

Michael England, 25, was killed by a hit and run driver at the intersection of Pitts and Slay Road in the Dinsmore area of Jacksonville while walking home. The victim was standing or walking in the roadway when he was hit and ran over by an unidentified vehicle which then fled the scene. "My son was 25, he loved life. He had so much going for him. He never met a stranger. Everybody was a friend to him."
