On December 29, 2003 the body of Demmotra D. Lowe was discovered in the wooded area behind the University Village Nursing Home at 12250 North 22nd Street in Tampa, FL. The victim was last seen by her mother the morning of November 25, 2003 and was reported missing on November 26, 2003.
