On June 11, 2004, at approximately 03:45 am, 27-year-old Christino Medina was brutally murdered while visiting relatives at 8010 Fountain Avenue in Tampa’s Town-n-Country area. The victim was shot several times while standing in the garage of the residence. Christino Medina came to town to attempt a reconciliation with his wife Jayaira Cintron. She had been reported missing on October 10, 2005. Her autopsy revealed that she died of two gunshot wounds to the head. Her manner of death was determined to be homicide.
