During the evening of April 2, 1993, an altercation between Dennis Wayne Boone and an unknown Hispanic male occurred. The unknown Hispanic male fired a handgun several times. One of the shots struck Dennis Boone resulting in a fatal injury. The unknown male fled the scene in his vehicle. This case remains an unsolved homicide. Suspect description: White Hispanic male, 24-26 yoa, 5'6''-5'8'', 150-160 lbs, black hair shoulder length, light mustache. No known scars or tattoos. Last seen wearing a white buttoned down shirt with short sleeves and blue jeans. Vehicle: Late 70's Cadillac, light brown or tan, 4 door. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Homicide Unit at (813) 247-8660.
