One man is dead and two others are injured after a shooting in the early morning hours of Saturday, Sept. 17. The shooting happened around 2:15 a.m. near the intersection of Wales and Nightingale streets in Dorchester. Police officers responded to a call for a person shot in the area and found three men, all in their 20s, on the ground in the area. Two men suffered non-life threatening injuries and were taken to the hospital to be treated. A third man, Phillip Woods, 23, was pronounced dead on the scene.
