On August 26, 1981 unidentified human remains were discovered in a canal along Alligator Alley, 58.8 miles west of U.S 27. The victim was a white female with reddish-brown hair. She stood 5' tall and weighed 110 - 120 pounds. She was wearing a red shirt with yellow lines running horizontally around the bottom and Viceroy blue jeans with silver piping along the sides and pockets. She had red polish on her toenails. It is estimated that she was between 18 -25 years old and had been deceased for approximately 1 - 3 days. From the scene it is obvious that Seymour died as a result of homicide.
