On December 23, 1981, 37-year-old Vincent Bartley was shot to death with a small caliber handgun outside the Sunset Beer Garden, located at 140 Ave Y NE in Winter Haven. Bartley had just shot someone else at the bar. After being shot, Bartley was placed inside a vehicle and driven to Bob’s Billiards at the intersection of 1st Street NE and Avenue P NE in Winter Haven, where the car was abandoned with his body inside. On 03/02/14 at approximately 1604 hours, at 6615 N. 50th St Tampa, Fl the victim was shot. Damien Bowie was walking around in the parking lot at Avesta Del Rio apartments at the intersection of 50th Street and Sligh Ave. The victim was approached by a red Infiniti which was occupied by several black males. The victim approached the vehicle at which time one of the black males exited the vehicle. One of the unknown males pistol-whipped the victim in the head three times before shooting him. All of the suspects then fled in the red Infiniti undetected. Damien Bowie was known to reside in the Nuccio area. Cold Case Spotlight

Shortly after 2:00am on Sunday, January 30, 2011, police responded to shots being fired at 5100 Asher Avenue in Little Rock. Lt. Terry Hastings says they found 17-year-old Adonis Denzel Taylor lying in the parking lot at Kaufman's Lumber Company. Hastings says Taylor was shot in the upper torso and was taken to UAMS where he later died. Little Rock Police have no motives for the shooting, no suspects, and no answers for Talyor's family as to why he was shot and killed. Ellen Wilkinson, age 39, and her husband Maurice Wilkinson, age 48, were shot to death in their home at Old Route 16 in Center Ossipee, NH, on August 16, 1974. Maurice was sitting in a chair in the living room when he was shot and Ellen was upstairs in bed at the time of her death. Autopsies on the victims revealed that Maurice was shot one time with a 9mm weapon and Ellen was shot multiple times.
