Cold Case Spotlight

On October 31, 1995 an unknown, armed Asian male, in a full face bandana, posing as a trick-or-treater forced his way into the home of 30 year old Phoutone "Tawn" Lothirath. The gunman ordered Mr. Lothirath's 10 year old son to his room before pinning the victim to the couch and shooting him once in the head and multiple times in the chest. Despite living within a small tight knot Laotian community, no one has come forward with information in this case. Anyone with information can contact the Escondido Police Department.
