On July 6, 1980 unidentified human remains were discovered in an open field near a boat factory at 3798 Ravenswood Road. The victim was a white male with medium-length, brownish-gray hair. He was 5'8" of average build. He was wearing a pair of blue jeans. He was estimated to be between 30 - 40 years old. The body was too decomposed to determine how he died. There was a 4 ½-inch scar on his abdomen.
