On July 5, 1984 the body of an unidentified Hispanic male was found in the Atlantic Ocean 13 miles off the coast of Pompano Beach. He had brown hair and brown eyes. He was 5'6" tall and weighed 140 lbs. He was wearing only a light blue, long-sleeve pullover turtleneck shirt. He was estimated to be between 25-35 years old. The victim had been deceased for about two days.
