Deputies discovered the victim in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. Witnesses observed two unknown black males approach the victim and demanded money and his jewelry. On September 6, 2008 at approximately 0100 hours, armed subjects entered the "Dat’s Right Audio" store while both Cabretti Wheeler and Kyle Ellis were inside the business. Upon entering the business the suspects shot both Ellis and Wheeler numerous times. Both Ellis and Wheeler died on scene. One suspect has been indicted for their murder, however at least one other suspect remains at large. The suspect charged is identified as, Jerry Tyrone Jones, B/M 02/28/89.
