On 07/22/2008, a black male entered the Joy Spring Food Store located at US 441 and Interstate 10 and conducted a robbery of the business. During the robbery, the black male shot and killed the store clerk, Linda Raulerson. The black male was described as being around 6 foot in height and wore a black jacket with hood on and sunglasses. The suspect fled the area and all leads/evidence has been exhausted to this point.
