On February 8, 1999 at the railroad tracks at Hwy 574 and Bethlehem Road, Dover, FL. The body of Rosa Vasquez-Garcia was discovered deceased. Investigation reveals that Rosa was abducted by an unknown subject at a local payphone near the recovery site. Information and leads in this investigation are still being sought by the case detectives.
