Cold Case Spotlight

On March 7, 2014, 24-year-old D'Lisa Kelley left her grandmother's home in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas, Texas to attend a friend's wake. A short time later a phone call from D'Lisa to her sister was unintentionally placed. The victim's sister overhead D'Lisa scream "Stop! Stop! Get off me." followed by a man yelling "Shut up! Stop screaming! You want to be hardheaded!". One week later D'Lisa Kelley's beaten and strangled body was found in an abandoned home on Presidio Ave.
