Cold Case Spotlight

On Sunday, December 23, 2007, Franklin Prince Jr., and two other males were sitting on the steps outside Mr. Prince's apartment when they were approached my unknown assailants, said to be 3 black males. The three victims were forced to the ground and shot. Franklin Prince Jr. and Antonio Creech died at the scene while the 3rd man was transported to the hospital were he survived and recovered from his injuries. Despite a surviving witness no suspects have been identified and no arrests have been made. Anyone with information can contact the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at (904) 630-2172. On November 23, 2010, the body of 42-year-old Thomas Enquist, Sr., of Londonderry was located inside his black Ford F-150 pickup truck. The truck was found at approximately 10:38 p.m. in the right breakdown lane on Route 101 in Auburn, New Hampshire heading westbound between exits 2 and 1. It was determined that Enquist had died of gunshot wounds and his manner of death was ruled to be homicide. Despite an intensive investigation, the case remains unsolved.

Cold Case Spotlight

Just after dawn on August 9, 1995, an employee arriving for work at McAllister and Associates in Apopka, Florida found the body of Larry McAllister, 45, near his Mercedes-Benz sedan. Larry had been shot and robbed at some point during the night. He was known to work late hours but always carried a handgun for protection. Investigators believe his killer probably hid outside the building waiting for Larry to leave. The killer shot Larry and took nearly $200 from him as well as his 9mm semiautomatic pistol. Detectives used a police dog to track a scent from the parking lot to West 13th Street where they found an undisclosed piece of evidence. Larry McAllister was a hard-working, dedicated husband, father, son, brother and friend. He was a former Eagle Scout that juggled odd work hours in order to spend time with his young children. It has been over 21 years since Larry McAllister was murdered in the parking lot of his own business and our hope is that someone will come forward to provide answers and justice for his family.
