On February 26, 1978 unidentified remains were found in a wooded area behind a house east of the Florida Turnpike and south of Hillsboro Boulevard in unincorporated Deerfield Beach. The victim was a male with short, dark brown hair and was between 5'2" and 5'8" tall. He weighed 110 - 150 pounds. He was wearing a light brown, long-sleeved shirt with a floral and bird design and size 31", light blue, polyester trousers with a 29" inseam. The cuffs were folded up 2 1/4" inches. He also wore green underwear, multi-colored yellow, green and brown socks and a pair of black Thom McCann shoes with 2-inch heels. The victim was estimated to be between 18 - 25 years old. The time of death likely occurred between late 1977 and January 1978. The remains were skeletal.
