The victim managed a trailer park (Fleetwood Trailer Park 5001 Phillips Hwy). Mr. Weaver lived in and managed the park from this lot location. Mr. Weaver's wife left the residence in the early hours of the morning due to an illness. When she and her adult daughter returned to the home a few hours later, they found Mr. Weaver deceased in the hallway. Several Persons of Interest were named at the time; however, no arrests were made. Several residents of the trailer park came forward with potential information.
