On February 21st, 2005 at 1:45 PM, the victim, Donna Cooke, was found deceased in Lake Thonotosassa. The victim suffered trauma to the upper body. The victim was last seen alive on February 21st, 2005 at 12:30 PM at the intersection of 47th Avenue and 10th Street, within the city of Tampa. She was seen getting into a red, newer model sports car with two unknown black males.
