On March 19, 1978, the victim was found murdered in his residence located on Miller Street in Warren, RI. He sustained 11 .32 caliber gunshot wounds. On March 13,1978, an arson occurred at his business, General Supply Company and a it was revealed that a .32 caliber revolver was stolen / missing from the business.
