L.E.A Pawtucket Police Department, Pawtucket, Rhode Island
On August 13, 2005, officers responded to Smithfield Ave in Pawtucket for a man who had been shot. A witness in the apartment, who was left alive, was ordered to the floor by masked men, who covered the witnesses head. The victim was dragged into another room, beaten and was shot multiple times.
