On July 21, 2015, around 2 a.m., Eric Shaw and a female were shot at the Southside Court Apartments in Columbus, Georgia. At the time of the shooting, Columbus police say both victims were inside of a red 2009 Chevy Aveo. Eric died three months later as a result of his injuries. The female survived.
