Jeffrey D. Trudeau, Jr., was 3½ months old when he died as a result of an ongoing pattern of abuse. At approximately 9:30 a.m., on December 7, 2000 Jeffrey's mother, Christine Turcotte, brought her son to the Seymour Osman Community Center in Dover, NH, because Jeffrey was non-responsive and not breathing. Jeffrey was transported to the Wentworth Douglass Hospital where he was declared dead. An autopsy revealed that Jeffrey's death was the result of a homicide. The medical examiner concluded that no single injury killed Jeffrey. Rather, the medical examiner ruled his death was caused by fatal child abuse syndrome. At the time of his death, Jeffrey Trudeau, Jr. lived at 15 Hampshire Circle, Dover, NH with his mother.

On January 20, 1997 the body of an unidentified female was located in a partially wooded area on a residential lot along the Londonderry Turnpike in Auburn, NH. She was later identified by fingerprint comparison as Rosalie Miller, age 36, of Manchester, NH. An autopsy revealed that she died as a result of asphyxiation due to ligature strangulation and her death was ruled a homicide.

On December 14, 1995 at 3:12 p.m., Manchester Police and fire units were dispatched to 123 Walnut Hill Avenue, Manchester, NH regarding a building fire. Once the fire was brought under control, the body of Walter Page, age 76, was found in the cellar/office area of the home. Examination of Walter showed he had suffered multiple stab wounds. An extensive investigation, spanning several months was conducted into this incident but no arrests have been made.

On November 11, 1995, Doris Bean, age 81, and her sister Loretta Allen, age 76, were killed in their home at 163 Central Street in Hudson, NH during a burglary of the home. The perpetrators wore masks during the home invasion. Doris and Loretta were both severely beaten. In addition, Doris was stabbed during the attack. Although Charles Dorval, Jr. was convicted of first degree murder for killing Loretta Allen, it is believed that Dorval did not act alone and that someone else killed Doris Bean.

Raymond Police responded to 15 Regina Avenue, on November 23, 1993. When the police arrived at the home they found Chelsea Crane, age 2, with a head injury. Chelsea was in the care of Scott Mayo, the boyfriend of Chelsea's mother, Sharon Crane. Chelsea was treated at the hospital and released. On November 28, 1993 Chelsea's mother put her to bed. When her mother checked on her later that night, Chelsea was unresponsive. An ambulance was summoned and Chelsea was declared dead at the hospital. An autopsy revealed that Chelsea died as a result of multiple impacts to the head. The medical examiner ruled her death a homicide.
