Before succumbing to his injuries Bloom told police that two black men wearing hoods entered his garage around 11pm on July 20, 2012. Bloom said he was struck on the head with a handgun, tied up with an electrical cord and set on fire. Cambria County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the robbers.
