On March 12, 1985 unidentified human remains were discovered at the Interlude Motel, 1215 S. Federal Highway, Ft. Lauderdale. The victim was a white male who stood 5'8" tall and weighed 181 pounds. His murderer, 21-year-old Peter Ruggirello, was found and convicted, but the decedent was never identified. It is estimated that he was 35 years old.
