On September 14, 1977 at 11:30 a.m., the body of Jaclynne E. Snyder, age 22, was found on Route 155 in Lee, NH. Jaclynne who was originally from Spokane, WA, was visiting Portsmouth when she was reported missing about a week and a half earlier. Jaclynne was last seen leaving the Strawbery Banke area of Portsmouth, NH shortly before 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 4, 1977. She was wearing a short sleeve shirt, which was white with dark blue checks, dark blue jeans, and brown shoes. She was carrying a small dark blue day pack at the time. An autopsy was unable to determine the precise cause and manner of death because of decomposition, but Jaclynne's death has been treated as a homicide.

Shari Roth, age 22, left her home alone on Sunday August 21, 1977 in North Conway, NH to go hiking on Sawyer Brook Trail in Livermore, NH (between Bartlett and Lincoln). She did not return home and was reported missing that evening by friends. Her body was discovered on August 24, 1977. An autopsy indicated that she had been strangled to death.

The body of Casmiro Jablonski, age 73, was found in his home just off of Bay Road in Newmarket, NH on July 6, 1977. He had been strangled to death. Robert C. Smith and Stephen Pelletier both pleaded guilty and were convicted of receiving stolen property in connection with property taken from Casmiro's home. Charles Mikell plead guilty and was convicted of theft by unauthorized taking of property from Casmiro's home. A fourth female juvenile also was adjudicated delinquent in connection with property taken from the home. No one was ever charged with the murder of Casmiro.

On February 21, 1977 the Belknap County Sheriff's Department was performing a search warrant at a home located on Beauty Hill Road in Gilmanton, NH. The sheriffs found four tons of marijuana in an upstairs bedroom. In the bed was the body of a white male later identified as Jerome P. O'Sullivan, age 29. James died as a result of a single shot to the right side of the head just above the ear. The medical examiner was unable to determine whether Jerome died as a result of homicide or suicide. The case has been treated as a suspicious death.

On May 20, 1975 at approximately 12:30 p.m., the body of Judy Lord, age 22, was discovered in her Royal Gardens apartment in Concord, NH. She had been suffocated and strangled. At the time of her murder, Judy Lord lived with her seventeen-month-old son Gregory. Judy was last seen alive on the evening of May 19, 1975 at about 10:30 p.m., when she left a volleyball game that was being played in a common area of the apartment complex. Crime scene technicians spent over two days processing the apartment for evidence. Over the years numerous interviews have been conducted with friends, neighbors and acquaintances. Despite the efforts of investigators and the New Hampshire State Police Crime Lab, this case remains unsolved.

On November 24, 1974 at 3:00 a.m., the Manchester Police were called to Hermit Road in regards to a shooting victim. Upon arrival, they found a male subject gunned down while he was seated inside his car. A girl was also present at the time of the shooting but was not killed. The male victim was identified as David Longfellow, age 17. An extensive investigation was conducted into this death, but no one has been charged.

Ellen Wilkinson, age 39, and her husband Maurice Wilkinson, age 48, were shot to death in their home at Old Route 16 in Center Ossipee, NH, on August 16, 1974. Maurice was sitting in a chair in the living room when he was shot and Ellen was upstairs in bed at the time of her death. Autopsies on the victims revealed that Maurice was shot one time with a 9mm weapon and Ellen was shot multiple times.
