Cold Case Spotlight

On March 8, 1987 the body of Rickey Herriage was found near the Walnut Creek Bridge off County Road 1500 in Henderson County, Texas. Rickey was the victim of multiple gunshot wounds and though there were a number of theories no motive is known. Even in a small town where Rickey was well known, no one has come forward with the information needed to bring justice to Rickey's family. Rickey was a son, brother, father, uncle and friend. His a daughter and step-son were forced to grow up without him and for over 28 years his family tirelessly sought answers. Cold Case Spotlight

On November 27, 1996, 29-year-old Kristen Wilson was attacked and strangled in her own home by an unknown intruder. She had just finished unloading groceries after a trip to the store when she was ambushed in her southwest Houston apartment. Wilson's parents found her body the next morning. There were no signs of forced entry but the door was unlocked and the victim was nude from the waist down. Investigators believe Wilson fought with her attacker, who may have raped her. On 05-03-1992 at approximately 10:00 AM, after 19 year-old Natasha Ann Atchley attended a late night / early morning birthday party in Shepherd (San Jacinto County); her car was found burned on a rural dirt road approximatelya mile from the party. Natasha’s body was located in the trunk of her hatchback car. Natasha previously attended school in nearby Livingston (Polk County), but moved and graduated from Odessa Permian High School in 1990. Atchley was visiting friends from the Livingston area at the time of her murder.
