On June 1, 1975 unidentified remains were found on a desolate area of land on what is now Northwest 44th Street and University Drive, Lauderhill. The victim was a white male, 6'1" tall and weighing 160-170 pounds. He had long, brown hair and was wearing polka-dot boxer shorts. He is estimated to have been between 18-20 year old.
