On March 16, 1999, at approximately 6 p.m. the victim was discovered at Jad Drive and Darlington Drive of the Winston Park area of Tampa. The victim was last seen alive walking the same area on March 15, 1999, at approximately 9 p.m. This investigation reveals that the victim may have been selling drugs in this neighborhood. Information and leads in this investigation are still being sought by the case detectives.
