Ruth Haut’s body was found in an orange grove off the east end of Hickory Tree Road in St. Cloud on February 27, 1992. Ruth was kidnapped from 22 North John Young Parkway while she was working. A picture taken from an ATM in a different county shows the suspect, using Ruth’s ATM card. The suspect is approximately 5’4” wearing a green short-sleeved shirt with two buttonned pockets on each side and a hooded sweatshirt that covered the suspect’s face.
