At the above time, date, and location two black males wearing gloves and masks entered the above residence in order to commit an armed home invasion robbery. During the course of the robbery the victim was shot and later expired from his injuries.Witnesses saw the two suspects enter a grey Dodge Caravan and flee the area.

An altercation began between the victim and one of the suspects which ended up outside in front of the apartment. The victim was on top of one of the suspects beating him in the face.
