Edelmiro "Muso" Roman: On April 27, 2008 at 11:27 PM, the Central Falls Police responded to the area of Darling and Dexter Street for a report of a shooting. The victim was found lying in the street with several gunshot wounds. There were reports this shooting was in retaliation for a shooting the day before against a Main Street Soldier gang member. Other reports said he was shot because he was mistaken for a Central Falls gang member. Roger Pleaugh, a 45 year old male, was found by 448 W. Georgia St. on November 13, 2005 and was transported to the hospital due to having head injuries. Pleaugh had a makeshift camp behind this location and told the responding officer that he had been drinking, was beat up and some items were taken from him. Pleaugh managed to crawl to the sidewalk and call for help. Pleaugh succumbed to his injuries on November 21, 2005. There were no known witnesses to the incident.
