The bodies of two Tampa women were discovered in an open area of Jacksonville's Northside on September 18, 2014. Investigators say the victims are 19-year-old Angelia Ella Mangum and 18-year-old Tjhisha Monique Ball. Both women had been hog-tied and thrown from an overpass onto the side of the road.
