On February 8, 1999 at the railroad tracks at Hwy 574 and Bethlehem Road, Dover, FL. The body of Rosa Vasquez-Garcia was discovered deceased. The victim Octavio Hernandez was last seen alive leaving the Rio Grande Bar in Frostproof between midnight and 2:00 a.m. on May 11, 2008.
