January 2019 - Kenny Maxwell, 41 years old has been arrested for the January 29, 2002 murder of Richard Morrison that occurred at 129 N. Market Street. Suspect Maxwell Came into the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and told personnel he wanted to confess. The suspect gave facts and circumstances about the homicide that only would be known by a suspect.
