On 03/02/14 at approximately 1604 hours, at 6615 N. 50th St Tampa, Fl the victim was shot. Damien Bowie was walking around in the parking lot at Avesta Del Rio apartments at the intersection of 50th Street and Sligh Ave. The victim was approached by a red Infiniti which was occupied by several black males. The victim approached the vehicle at which time one of the black males exited the vehicle. One of the unknown males pistol-whipped the victim in the head three times before shooting him. All of the suspects then fled in the red Infiniti undetected. Damien Bowie was known to reside in the Nuccio area. On May 2, 1991 Maurice Giguere, age 30, was found in the Androscoggin River in Dummer, NH. He died as a result of gunshot wounds. Maurice had been born in Gorham, NH but was living in Nashua, NH at the time of his death. Maurice was last seen leaving a party across the street from his home on Clairmoor Drive in Nashua on February 22, 1991. He was reported missing by a roommate on March 3, 1991.
