On December, 8th, 1978 at approximately 4:20 a.m. Susana Thatcher was found deceased in the area of Norris Lane and Trappe Road 21222 in Precinct 12 Dundalk in Maryland. She was pronounced deceased at the scene and it was discovered that she had been strangled. Susana was reported missing by her daughter on the evening of December 8th and was last seen by family members on December 7th, 1978.
