Cynthia Wheaton left work at the Tex- Mex Cantina at 11 pm on 5-4-90. She did not return to work on 5-5-90 or 5-6-90 and co-workers reported her missing to Tampa Police Department. On 5-15-90, Ms. Wheaton's body was recovered in a wooded area south of Lutz Lake Fern Road in Odessa, FL. Her vehicle was found on 5-16-90 at the Lake Magdalene Arms Apartments (currently Sailwinds Apts) on Fletcher Avenue. Vehicle Info: 1990 White Honda CRX Hatchback FL tag HMY20H.
