The victim managed a trailer park (Fleetwood Trailer Park 5001 Phillips Hwy). Mr. Weaver lived in and managed the park from this lot location. Mr. Weaver's wife left the residence in the early hours of the morning due to an illness. When she and her adult daughter returned to the home a few hours later, they found Mr. Weaver deceased in the hallway. Several Persons of Interest were named at the time; however, no arrests were made. Several residents of the trailer park came forward with potential information. On February 6, 2010, at approximately 0314 am, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from an employee of the Tally Ho Pub. During the call, various employees reported that Peter Hyman was discovered in the parking lot of their establishment, positioned inside of his vehicle, and appeared to be shot. Peter Hyman was later transported to the St. Joseph’s Hospital where he was listed in critical condition. On February 6, 2010, at approximately 1145 am, Peter Hyman succumbed to his injuries and died as a result of a gunshot wound. The investigation revealed that an unknown black male was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim on that same day, at approximately 0100 hours. During that time, the manager told the unknown black male along with the victim and his associates to leave the establishment. When she did so, the unknown black male was picked up in a black in color Cadillac Escalade and the victim left the pub with a friend. Shortly after leaving the pub, Peter Hyman returned to the parking lot. Peter Hyman and a male friend of his loitered in the parking lot for a short period of time; when an unknown black male approached the victim on the driver’s side of the vehicle. The unknown black male was wearing a red in color shirt, similar to the shirt the unknown black male that was in an argument with Peter Hyman earlier. The unknown person fired one round striking the Peter Hyman before fleeing the scene. On August 30, 1980 Henry Travers, Jr. of Derry, NH, was working as the night clerk at the Fireside Motel on Route 28 in Salem, NH (now the site of Home Depot). He was found shot to death. Henry was 73 years old at the time of his death.
