On January 12, 1999 at 3 p.m. the victim, Walter Rodriguez, was discovered dead inside his apartment. The suspect, Luis A. Gonzalez, was a roommate with victim. Both individuals were involved in the sale of drugs within the apartment. Both individuals had committed an armed robbery of a sandwich shop. Suspect Luis A. Gonzalez has outstanding warrant for armed robbery and Federal UFAP and may be in Puerto Rico.
