On April 18, 2021, infant Ayanna Lopez and her mother, Tatyanna Lopez, were shot and killed in Merced, California. Tatyanna Lopez's boyfriend was shot as well and survived. Merced police have identified Jonathan Xavier Dorado as the shooter, but he has been on the run ever since. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Merced Police Department at (209) 385-4725.
